目前,在全球畜牧业的快速发展中,由奶牛、肉牛、肉羊等为代表的草食家畜以其独特的生理特性和生产价值,占据着举足轻重的地位。甜高粱具有高产、高糖、高蛋白、营养丰富、适口性好等特点。在实际生产应用中,通过种植甜高粱,不仅可以提高动物的生产性能,还可以降低饲养成本,增加经济效益和社会效益。甜高粱的营养成分对于牛、羊等草食家畜的生长发育具有重要意义。该文综述了甜高粱的营养价值及在草食家畜生产中的应用研究进展,以期为推动甜高粱产业的可持续发展和开发草食家畜饲料来源提供基本参考和理论支撑。
Research Progress on Nutritional Value of Sweet Sorghum and Its Application in Herbivorous Livestock Production
At present,in the rapid development of global animal husbandry,herbivorous livestock represented by dairy cows,beef cattle,and mutton sheep occupy a pivotal position due to their unique physiological characteristics and production value.Sweet sorghum has the characteristics of high yield,high sugar,high protein,rich nutrition and good palatability.In practical production applications,planting sweet sorghum can not only improve the production performance of animals,but also reduce feeding costs and increase economic and social benefits.The nutritional components of sweet sorghum are of great significance to the growth and development of herbivorous livestock such as cattle and sheep.In this paper,the nutritional value of sweet sorghum and its application in the production of herbivorous livestock were reviewed,in order to provide basic reference and theoretical support for promoting the sustainable development of sweet sorghum industry and developing the source of herbivorous livestock feed.
