Serum proteomics is a new discipline to study the composition and function of all proteins in animal serum.Serum proteomics analysis is also a supplement to the study of protein translation and modification level,and an indispensable means to comprehensively understand animal protein expression.The development of related technologies has greatly promoted the research progress of serum proteomics,which has been widely used in various related research fields.In this paper,the related technology of serum proteomics and its application in various fields of cattle production were reviewed,hoping to provide reference for various fields of cattle production.
