African Swine Fever,caused by the African Swine Fever Virus,is highly contagious in domestic and wild pigs.Due to the escalating prevalence of African Swine Fever and the continuous emergence of variant strains,timely and effective diagnosis is crucial for rapidly controlling its spread.This article elucidates various established and recent methods related to the detection of viral genome or particles associated with the African Swine Fever Virus,as well as the detection of antibodies associated with African Swine Fever.The aim is to serve as a reference for selecting appropriate diagnostic methods in different application scenarios,with the ultimate goal of providing a theoretical foundation for the comprehensive control and prevention of the spread of African Swine Fever.
