Analysis of Current Epidemic and Control Status of Brucellosis Among Livestock in Qinghai Province
By investigating epidemiological brucellosis among livestock in our province during 2016-2021.The result showed that the epidemic brucellosis situation among the livestock and among the human in our province were severe,and were all tending to increase.The brucellosis individuals positive rate decreased first and tended to increase sharply.Especially in 2020 and 2021,the infection rate had greatly increased.Moreover,it presented the characteristics of multi-point distribution or local spot-like outbreak and wide infection area.Analyzing From the geographical location:the incidence of the eastern agricultural area and lake area increased year by year;At present,our province takes the formulation of prevention and control plans and programs,the comprehensive implementation of decontamination and elimination,the strengthening of epidemic monitoring and investigation,the reinforcing of supervision and guidance,the intensifying of regulation of transportation and the strengthening of publicity and education work as its main comprehensive prevention and control measures.Accordingly,by comprehensively understanding the historical review,epidemic situation and distribution law of brucellosis in Qinghai Province,and on the basis of paying attention to the management of the source,the prevention and control measures suitable for Qinghai Province were put forward,and the organization and leadership were further strengthened to raise attention,and strengthen the prevention and control of the source.In order to achieve the goal of long-term control of brucellosis among livestock in the whole province.
