摘要

在健康中国的战略背景下,食品质量与安全行业的就业环境发生了巨大变化,对创新创业型高素质人才的需求不断增加.该文通过分析双创教育在高等教育和经济社会发展中的重要作用,特别是双创教育对食品质量与安全专业的重要性及不足分析,进一步探讨双创教育对食品质量与安全专业人才培养方向和发展前景.

Abstract

In the era of healthy China,the employment environment of the food quality and safety industry has undergone great changes,and the demand for innovative and entrepreneurial high-quality talents is constantly increasing.The important role of entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher education and economic and social development,especially the importance and shortcomings of entrepreneurship and innovation education for food quality and safety majors were analyzed,and the training direction and development prospects of entrepreneurship and innovation education for food quality and safety majors were also discussed.
