响应面法优化泰乐菌素发酵工艺的研究

泰乐菌素是一种重要的兽用抗生素,具有广谱的抗菌活性.为提高泰乐菌素的发酵产量,该研究采用单因素试验和响应面法对弗氏链霉菌发酵工艺进行优化.结果表明,接种量、发酵温度、初始pH值和摇床转速是影响产量的关键因素.经响应面法优化,当接种量7.2%、温度30.3℃、初始pH值7.38、转速212 r/min时,泰乐菌素的产量可达1 518 mg/L,比优化前提高12.4%.该研究为泰乐菌素发酵工艺的优化提供了理论参考,也为其他抗生素的高效生产积累了经验.
Optimization of Tylosin Fermentation Process by Response Surface Method
Tylosin is an important veterinary antibiotic with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity.In order to improve the fermentation yield of tylomycin,single factor test and response surface method were used to optimize the fermentation process of Streptomyces frei.The results showed that the inoculation amount,fermentation temperature,initial pH and shaking speed were the key factors affecting the yield.Under the optimal response surface method,the yield of tylomycin could reach 1 518 mg/L at 7.2% inoculation rate,30.3℃,initial pH 7.38 and rotation speed 212 r/min,which was 12.4% higher than that before optimization.This study provided a theoretical reference for the optimization of tylosin fermentation process and accumulated experience for the efficient production of other antibiotics.
