在农业生产、蔬菜加工及人们日常生活过程中,尾菜资源具有较大的营养价值和应用前景。目前,通过物理、化学和生物方法,将尾菜资源转化为富含营养的饲料,不仅解决了尾菜处理难题,还为畜牧业提供了更为丰富的饲料来源。该文分别从尾菜资源饲料化的优势及重要性、开发利用现状及对反刍动物机体的影响等方面进行综述,以期实现资源的循环利用和环境保护的双赢形势,为畜牧业发展提供新的饲料来源和更高的经济效益。
Research Progress on Feed Development and Utilization of Vegetable Waste Resources and Its Effects on Ruminants
In the process of agricultural production,vegetable processing and People in the process of daily life,the vegetable resources have great nutritional value and application prospect.At present,through physical,chemical and biological methods,the tail vegetable resources are transformed into nutrient-rich feed,which not only solves the problem of tail vegetable treatment,but also provides a richer feed source for animal husbandry.In this paper,the advantages and importance of tail vegetable resources feed,the current situation of development and utilization,and the impact on ruminant organisms were reviewed,in order to achieve a win-win situation of resource recycling and environmental protection,and provide new feed sources and higher economic benefits for the development of animal husbandry.
