Animal organophosphorus pesticide poisoning was one of the most common diseases in veterinary clinic,which caused great losses.So far,crops,vegetables and fruit trees are still widely used to prevent and control diseases and pests,and there are still direct organophosphorus pesticides applied on the surface of animals to treat skin parasitic diseases and cause poisoning.The treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in cattle and sheep with atropine sulfate and phosphorus oxime iodide has an immediate effect,as long as the treatment is timely,repeated and sustained for a long enough time,the critical cases can almost be cured.Since the grass-roots work,in Xiazhuang Town to treat cattle and sheep organophosphorus poisoning 67 times,a total of 207 cattle,212 sheep,the total cure rate of 99.3%.The cases of death in the course of treatment were mainly caused by delayed treatment,or repeated injection of atropine sulfate was not timely,and occasionally serious poisoning was caused by excessive use of atropine and proxime iodide.
