发酵饲料在牛羊生产上的应用研究进展

发酵饲料作为一种原材料，来源广泛，成本更低，方便储藏运输的新型粗饲料，可以作为替抗产品应用于动物生产。除本身具有绿色安全、维持肠道平衡、促进机体生长、降低饲养成本等优势，可提高牛羊生长性能、调节瘤胃发酵、提高产奶量和改善奶品质，而且还能很好地满足当前牛羊养殖中饲料资源短缺的需求。该文综述了发酵饲料的优势、发酵饲料常用是菌种、发酵工艺以及近年发酵饲料对牛羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵、奶肉品质的影响，以期为发酵饲料在牛羊上的进一步应用提供参考。
Research Progress on the Application of Fermented Feed in Cattle and Sheep Production
As a new type of roughage with wide source of raw materials,lower cost and convenient storage and transportation,fermented feed can be used as a substitute for antibiotics in animal production.In addition to the advantages of green safety,maintaining intestinal balance,promoting body growth and reducing feeding costs,it can also improve the growth performance of cattle and sheep,regulate rumen fermentation,increase milk production and improve milk quality.It can also meet the current shortage of feed resources in cattle and sheep breeding.Therefore,this paper reviews the advantages of fermented feed,the commonly used strains of fermented feed,the fermentation process and the effects of fermented feed on the growth performance,rumen fermentation and milk quality of cattle and sheep in recent years,in order to provide reference for the further application of fermented feed in cattle and sheep.
