摘要
牛嵴病毒(Bovine kobuvirus,BKV)是小核糖核酸病毒科、嵴病毒属成员的一种无囊膜、单股、正链RNA病毒.该病毒常与其他常见致牛腹泻病毒(牛轮状病毒、牛冠状病毒、牛病毒性腹泻病毒等混合感染),是可能导致牛腹泻的病原之一.已经在包括中国在内的世界多个国家和地区检测到该病毒.该文对牛嵴病毒的病原学、流行情况、检测方法等方面的研究进行综述,以期为该病毒今后的研究和防控提供参考.
Abstract
Bovine kobuvirus(BKV)is an unencapsulated,single-stranded,plus-stranded RNA virus belonging to the genus Cristaviridae and the family Picorniviridae.The virus is often mixed with other common viruses causing bovine diarrhea(bovine rotavirus,bovine coronavirus,bovine viral diarrhea virus,etc.),and is one of the pathogens that may cause bovine diarrhea.The virus has been detected in several countries and regions around the world,including China.In this paper,the etiology,prevalence and detection methods of BKV were reviewed in order to provide reference for the future research and control of the virus.
