Effectiveness and Reflection on the Implementation of National Grassland Ecological Protection Subsidy and Reward Policies in Ili
In order to guide farmers and herdsmen to reasonably allocate livestock capacity,scientifically utilize natural grasslands,promote continuous improvement of grassland ecological environment,accelerate the transformation of grassland production mode,increase the income of farmers and herdsmen,accelerate the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,build ecological civilization,maintain national unity and border stability.Since 2011,the country has successively launched the implementation of three rounds of grassland ecological protection subsidy and reward mechanism.This article mainly provides an overview of the implementation of the national grassland ecological protection subsidy and reward policy in Ili,analyzes the existing problems,and proposes several suggestions and thoughts on adjusting and improving policies,such as strengthening organizational leadership,accelerating the establishment of scientific and reasonable livestock carrying capacity standards,improving grassland grazing prohibition and livestock balance management capabilities,and improving and optimizing policy support.
