Food safety work is related to people's lives and health safety,is an untouchable red line,but also must hold the bottom line,is an important measure to fully implement the food safety strong provincial strategy.with the continuous development of social and economic development,the people's life in the animal source of food consumption ratio is growing,at the same time on the quality of food of material origin requirements have gradually improved,and animal source food is the main outbreak of veterinary drug residues food safety problems,so this paper mainly summarizes the types of veterinary drug residues,hazards and countermeasures for China to improve the quality and safety of livestock products to provide a theoretical basis.
