内蒙古东部地区作为国内重要的农牧业基地,具有丰富的特色生物资源,为动物科学专业研究提供了天然的优势。该专业虽有实用性和创业前景,但未经创新创业培训的人才难以应对市场竞争,这与其综合素质与就业创业能力的不足有直接关系。创新创业教育显得尤为重要。然而,目前该地区在动物科学专业的创新创业教育上仍面临教育与实践脱节、与产业界合作浅尝辄止、缺乏创新教育方式和政策支持等挑战。该文旨在针对上述问题进行深入探索和分析,构建适应该地区动物科学专业的创新创业教育体系,进而为相关领域的教育改革提供有力的理论与实践支撑,这对于推动地区高等教育的人才培养模式改革和教育的持续发展具有深远的理论和实际意义。
Research on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Training Model for Animal Science Majors in the Eastern Inner Mongolia Region
The eastern region of Inner Mongolia,as a vital agricultural and pastoral base in China,boasts abundant unique biological resources,offering a natural advantage for research in the field of animal science.While the discipline promises practicality and entrepreneurial prospects,graduates without innovation and entrepreneurial training often struggle to compete in the marketplace,a deficiency directly tied to their comprehensive quality and employment capabilities.Consequently,education in innovation and entrepreneurship emerges as crucial.However,the region currently grapples with challenges in this educational field for animal science,such as the disconnect between education and practice,superficial collaborations with the industry,a lack of innovative educational approaches,and insufficient policy support.This study aims to delve into the aforementioned issues,striving to establish an innovation and entrepreneurship educational framework tailored for animal science in this area.Such endeavors will provide robust theoretical and practical backing for educational reforms in related fields,playing a significant role in propelling the transformation of talent cultivation patterns and the continual growth of higher education in the region.
