摘要
2024年中央一号文件提出推进乡村全面振兴"路线图",产业是发展的根基,也是全面推进乡村振兴的主要途径和长久之策.通过调研发现,大沙镇产业发展已取得一定成效,但仍存在产业结构单一、特色产业优势缺乏、市场拓展不足等一系列问题.大沙镇应依托鄱阳湖和现有产业资源以及要素条件,推动种植业和水产养殖业并举、引导现有经营主体规模化经营,鼓励新型经营主体利用鄱阳湖水资源、土地资源和文化资源延伸产业链,发展"生态+文化+产业园"的鄱阳大沙产业,做好乡村资本、人才、技术等资源的整合,实现兴农富农目标.
Abstract
2024 Central Document No.1 put forward to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside"roadmap",the industry is the foundation of development,but also to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside is the main way and a long-term strategy.Through the research,it is found that Dasha Town has achieved certain results in industrial development,but there are still a series of problems,such as single industrial structure,lack of advantages in specialty industries,and insufficient market expansion,etc.Dasha Town should rely on Poyang lake to develop its industry.Dasha Town should rely on Poyang lake and existing industrial resources and factor conditions,promote planting and aquaculture,guide existing business entities to operate on a large scale,encourage new business entities to extend the industrial chain by utilizing the water resources,land resources and cultural resources of Poyang lake,and develop Poyang Dasha industry of"ecology+culture+industrial park",and do a good job in the development of rural capital,talents,technology and other resources.The integration of rural capital,talents,technology and other resources can realize the goal of promoting agriculture and enriching farmers.
