Antibody Monitoring Analysis of Three Viral Diseases in a Large-scale Pig Farm in Xinjiang and Optimization of Vaccination Program
The purpose of this experiment is to understand the immune level of swine fever(CSF),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)and pseudorabies(PR)vaccines in a large-scale pig farm in Bazhou,Xinjiang, and collect 467 serum samples from a local large-scale pig farm, and detect the antibody levels of swine fever, porcine blue ear disease and porcine pseudorabies virus in serum by ELISA antibody detection kit.The results showed that the average positive rates of serum antibodies against classical swine fever, porcine blue ear disease and porcine pseudorabies virus in this region were 93.68%、77.22%和92.65%,respectively,which all exceeded the standard of 70%for compulsory vaccine immune antibodies in China. From the whole level of pigs in this area, the vaccines and immunization methods used in this area can play an immune role, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. This study has adjusted and optimized the immunization program according to the actual situation in this area.
