摘要

海洋动物共附生微生物次级代谢产物是海洋药物的重要来源.该文从金枪鱼共附生菌Streptomyces sp.TUN21的次级代谢产物中分离得到3个化合物,分别为campechic acid B(1),5-(3'-aminophenyl)-2,4-pentadienoic acid(2)和benzenemethanol(3).其中化合物1对PC-3和HCT-116的抑制活性的IC50值分别为(1.3±0.2)μmol和(0.64±0.1)μmol,而化合物2是首次从该属中分离得到的天然产物.化合物1~3在50 μg/mL的浓度下对耐甲氧金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌无抑制活性.

Abstract

Secondary metabolites of Marine animals-associated microorganisms are important sources of marine drugs.In this study,three compounds were isolated from Streptomyces sp.TUN21,They are campechic acid B(1),5-(3'-aminophenyl)-2,4-pentadienoic acid(2)and benzenemethanol(3)respectively.Among them,compound 1 showed inhibitory activity against PC-3 and HCT-116 with IC50 values of(1.3±0.2)μmol and(0.64±0.1)μmol,respectively,while compound 2 was the first natural product isolated from this genus.Compounds 1-3 showed no inhibitory activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,and Candida albicans at a concentration of 50 μg/mL.
