Study on Secondary Metabolites of Tuna-associated Streptomyces sp.TUN21
Secondary metabolites of Marine animals-associated microorganisms are important sources of marine drugs. In this study, three compounds were isolated from Streptomyces sp.TUN21,They are campechic acid B(1),5-(3'-aminophenyl)-2,4-pentadienoic acid(2)and benzenemethanol(3)respectively.Among them, compound 1 showed inhibitory activity against PC-3 and HCT-116 with IC50 values of(1.3±0.2)μmol and(0.64±0.1)μmol,respectively,while compound 2 was the first natural product isolated from this genus.Compounds 1-3 showed no inhibitory activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans at a concentration of 50 μg/mL.
