摘要
植物副产物通常是指在工农业生产过程中产生的废弃物或副产品,可以作为饲料替代品应用于动物生产为畜牧业提供可持续的饲料来源,也是畜牧业生产中的一种重要的人类不可食用饲料资源.植物副产物的具有多种营养价值,其开发利用不仅可以减少浪费,弥补饲料需求,还能利用富含生物活性的植物副产物减少反刍动物肠道甲烷和氮的排放.该文对植物副产物进行简要介绍,主要总结分析近年植物副产物在反刍动物生产中的应用效果研究进展,以期为植物副产物在反刍动物上的应用研究提供参考.
Abstract
Plant by-products usually refer to the waste or by-products produced in the process of industrial and agricultural production.They can be used as feed substitutes in animal production to provide sustainable feed sources for animal husbandry.They are also an important human inedible feed resource in animal husbandry production.Plant by-products have a variety of nutritional values.The development and utilization of plant by-products can not only reduce waste and make up for feed demand,but also reduce the emission of methane and nitrogen from ruminant intestinal tract by using plant by-products rich in biological activity.In this paper,the plant by-products were briefly introduced,and the research progress of the application effect of plant by-products in ruminant production in recent years was summarized and analyzed,in order to provide reference for the application of plant by-products in ruminants.
