The Nutritional Value of Tail Vegetables and Its Application in Pig Production
Vegetable industry is one of the important industries to promote farmers'income and agricultural efficiency.It plays an important role in poverty alleviation and has good social and economic benefits.With the vigorous development of vegetables,a large number of discarded vegetable leaves,rhizomes,fruits and other tail vegetables are produced.These tail vegetables not only contain many nutrients,but also contain some harmful substances.Therefore,it is of great significance to rationalize the utilization of tail vegetables.If not handled properly,it will bring many adverse effects on surrounding agricultural production,farmers'life,rural ecology and vegetable production,resulting in waste of resources and destruction of ecological environment,which will seriously affect the healthy and sustainable development of vegetable industry.Based on the practical experience of work in various places,this paper aims to enhance the awareness of environmental protection and improve the utilization efficiency of tail vegetable resources,in order to explore new technologies and new methods,and provide theoretical reference for the full utilization and rational treatment of tail vegetables.
