摘要

生肌决定因子(MyoD)在动物肌肉特异性基因转录调控中起总开关作用,能够调节多种类型细胞系转分化为成肌细胞,与畜禽的产肉性能、屠宰性能以及生长性状密切相关,在改善畜禽胴体瘦肉率、肉品质以及生长发育方面具有重要意义.该文综述了猪、牛、羊等家畜MyoD基因组织差异表达、遗传多态性与生产性能关联等方面的最新研究进展,旨在较全面地掌握MyoD基因的结构、功能及其在畜牧领域的开发利用,以期为良种畜禽的选育提供参考依据.

Abstract

Myogenic determination gene(MyoD)plays a total switching role in the transcriptional regulation of animal muscle-specific genes,which can effectively regulate the transdifferentiation of various types of cells into myoblasts,which is closely related to the meat production,slaughter performance and growth traits of livestock and poultry,and is of great significance in improving the lean meat rate,meat quality and growth and development of livestock and poultry carcass.In this paper,we summarize the latest research progress in the differential expression of MyoD gene tissue,the association between genetic polymorphisms and production performance in pigs,cattle,sheep and other domestic animals,aiming to comprehensively grasp the structure and function of MyoD gene and its development and utilization in the field of animal husbandry,in order to provide a reference for the breeding of improved breeds of livestock and poultry.
