伊犁退化草原生态修复用种及草种繁育实践与思考

摘要
伊犁草原生态功能恢复还处于初期阶段,草原生态环境依然脆弱,草原保护与经济发展矛盾突出、林草融合还在起步阶段,特别是生态修复用种主要依赖进口,乡土草种繁育能力较低.该文总结分析了2019年伊犁林草融合以来草原生态修复用种及草种繁育实践情况,针对草种繁育基地面积小,难以满足生态修复用种需求,草种繁育基地产量不稳定,草种基地"建设、繁育、经营、管理"一体化机制不健全等方面问题,提出一些建议,以期能为解决制约草种发展的突出问题,促进伊犁乃至新疆草种发展提供一些参考.
Abstract
The restoration of ecological functions in the Ili grassland is still in its early stages,and the ecological environment of the grassland is still fragile.The contradiction between grassland protection and economic development is prominent,and the integration of forest and grass is still in its early stages.Especially,the ecological restoration species mainly rely on imports,and the breeding ability of local grass species is relatively low.This article summarizes and analyzes the use of grassland ecological restoration seeds and the practice of grass seed breeding since the integration of forest and grass in Ili in 2019.In response to the small area of grass seed breeding bases,which is difficult to meet the needs of ecological restoration seeds,the unstable yield of grass seed breeding bases,and the incomplete integrated mechanism of"construction,breeding,operation,and management"of grass seed bases,some suggestions are proposed to solve the prominent problems that restrict the development of grass seeds,and to promote the development of grass seeds in Ili and even Xinjiang.
