Environmental Protection Problems and Legal Countermeasures of Animal Husbandry
The Animal Husbandry Law of the People's Republic of China,as the basic law of the animal husbandry industry,was passed and implemented in 2005,and for the first time determined the basic and principled norms for the development of China's animal husbandry in a legal way.The law has been reviewed for the first time from 2005 to nearly 20 years,in such a long time span,China's animal husbandry industry has undergone great changes,in order to keep up with the actual social development and industry development needs,the newly revised"People's Republic of China Animal Husbandry Law"was implemented on March 1,2023.This article first enumerates the environmental problems that still exist in our country's livestock husbandry industry at present,through analyzing its causes,expounds the importance of animal husbandry environmental protection problems and the feasibility of solving the problem.At the same time,combined with the newly promulgated animal husbandry Law,the main responsibility,restrictive provisions and punishment standards of environmental protection supervision in animal husbandry are preliminarily analyzed.Finally,this paper puts forward some legal suggestions on environmental protection in animal husbandry.
