秸秆除杂机的研究设计

秸秆在捡拾回收过程中,有大量的泥土、沙石、铁块等杂物随秸秆一同被打成包离田,在后续加工中,为得到清洁的秸秆物料,需再经过除杂处理。该文简介了目前市场上使用的秸秆除杂机现状,指出了其存在的不足,同时提出解决办法,即设计一种秸秆除杂机,该机采用振动筛与离心风机组合方式,实现秸秆除杂功能;同时通过实验台架实验,取得了关键部件的技术参数,为后续秸秆除杂机的研究提供了理论依据。
Research and Design of Straw Removing Machine
In the process of picking up the straw,there are a large number of soil,sand,iron and other debris with the straw is packed away from the field,in the follow-up processing,in order to get clean straw materials,need to go through the impurity treatment.This paper briefly introduces the current situation of straw deimpurity machine used in the market,points out its shortcomings,and puts forward the solution,that is,design a straw deimpurity machine,which uses the combination of vibrating screen and centrifugal fan to realize the function of straw deimpurity;At the same time,the technical parameters of the key components are obtained through the experimental bench experiment,which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up research of the straw cleaner.
