Preliminary Analysis of the Effects of Different Storage Temperatures and Times on the Hatching Performance of Goose Eggs
This article mainly conducts relevant experiments on the hatching performance of goose eggs from the aspects of storage temperature,time,etc.1000 breeding eggs were divided into five groups according to the differences in storage temperature, and the five temperature conditions were paired with four time conditions to calculate the hatching rate and healthy chick rate of fertilized eggs under different combination conditions.According to the investigation, when the storage time parameter value is 20 days, comparing the effects of different temperatures on the hatching rate of fertilized eggs, the hatching rate at 6℃is significantly higher than that at 12℃(P<0.05).Moreover,the hatching rates at 6℃,9℃,12℃,and room temperature are all much higher than those at 15℃(P<0.05).According to experimental analysis, when the storage temperature is set to 6℃,the storage time of goose eggs can be reasonably extended by considering relevant factors, which is beneficial for improving the hatching performance of goose eggs.
