摘要

该研究以中油莎1号、黑油莎2号、BY-001油莎豆为试验材料,于幼苗期测定15个农艺性状指标,并对各性状进行相关分析、主成分分析,隶属函数法综合评价3个品种.结果表明,苗鲜重、叶长与株高,叶宽与茎粗,叶数与分蘖数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);叶长与豆干重呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);主成分分析,选取前4个主成分,累计方差贡献率85.81%.隶属函数法综合评价BY-001生长强于黑油莎2号和中油莎1号.该研究为黑龙江省寒冷干旱区油莎豆优异种质资源的筛选及新品种的选育提供依据.

Abstract

This study used Zhongyousha No.1,Heiyousha No.2,and BY-001 Cyperus esculentus as experimental materials.Fifteen agronomic traits were measured during the seedling stage,and correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and membership function method were used to comprehensively evaluate the three varieties.The results showed that there was a highly significant positive correlation between seedling fresh weight,leaf length,and plant height;leaf width and stem thickness;the number of leaves and the number of tillers(P<0.01);the leaf length was negatively correlated with the weight of dried bean(P<0.01).Principal component analysis,selecting the top 4 principal components,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 85.81%.The membership function method comprehensively evaluates that BY-001 has stronger growth than Heiyousha No.2 and Zhongyousha No.1.This study provides a basis for the screening of excellent germplasm resources and the breeding of new varieties of Cyperus esculentus in cold and arid regions of Heilongjiang Province.
