Exploration of a Case of Cat Otitis Media with Ventral Bulla Osteotomy
9-month-old female puppets seek medical attention due to external ear canal infection and head tilt.Diagnosed as right otitis media with tympanic abscess through clinical examination, laboratory examination, and imaging examination. After the stable condition of the cat's body,a ventral bulla osteotomy was performed, and there were no obvious complications after the surgery, and the symptoms of head tilt were significantly improved. This indicates that ventral bulla osteotomy has a good therapeutic effect on suppurative otitis media.
