摘要
TNR计划是一种人道且有效的控制流浪猫数量的方法,它改变了过去通过猎杀和安乐死控制流浪猫数量的方式,代之以捕捉、绝育和放归的循环流程.TNR计划能有效控制城市流浪猫数量,助力社区生态绿色发展,在实施过程中,需要政府、社区、公民的全员参与,才能确保TNR实施的有效性和可持续性.
Abstract
The TNR program is a humane and effective way to control the stray cat population.It changes the way the stray cat population was controlled through killing and euthanasia in the past,and replaces it with a circular process of capture,neutering and release.The TNR program can effectively control the number of urban stray cats and help the ecological and green development of the community.In the implementation process,the full participation of the government,the community and the citizens is needed to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the implementation of TNR.
