摘要
新形势下猪场生物安全水平决定生存空间,中国养猪业的重要群体中小规模猪企建立符合自身发展的猪场硬件系统非常重要.收集中小规模猪场硬件建设的有效方案和现代化设施设备,归纳总结猪场建设选址与合理规划、生物媒介防控、车辆洗消与烘干、人员与物资管控、猪群通道管理、粪污处理、栏体与饮水构件、通风与环境控制、饲喂料线设备和其他配套硬件的关键措施,说明合理的硬件建设是中小规模猪场安全生产的基础.
Abstract
in the new situation,the bio-safety level of pig farms determines the living space.Therefore,it is very important for small and medium-sized pig enterprises in China to establish their own pig farm hardware system.The effective scheme of hardware construction and modern facilities and equipment for medium and small scale pig farms were collected,the key measures of site selection and reasonable planning of pig farm construction,Biological Media Control,vehicle washing and drying,personnel and material control,pig channel management,manure and sewage treatment,pen and drinking water components,ventilation and environmental control,feed line equipment and other supporting hardware were summarized,the reasonable hardware construction is the foundation of safe production in medium and small scale pig farm.
