胶体金免疫层析技术在兽医领域的应用

摘要
在现代科学技术发展的加持下,兽医领域使用的检测技术也在不断更新,其中,胶体金免疫层析技术凭借在检验速度、成本、安全性、结果精准性方面的优势已经逐渐推广.该文针对胶体金免疫层析技术在兽医领域中的应用进行分析,在简单探讨该技术基本原理以及技术分类、特点的基础上,从动物的疾病诊断以及食品药品安全检验2方面分析该技术的实际应用.同时,也展望了未来该项技术与其他技术的联合应用发展趋势.
Abstract
With the support of the development of modern science and technology,the detection technology used in the veterinary field is also constantly updated,among which,colloidal gold immunochromatography technology has been gradually promoted by virtue of its own advantages in inspection speed,cost,safety and accuracy of results.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application of colloidal gold immunochromatography technology in the field of veterinary medicine,and analyzes the practical application of this technology from two aspects:animal disease diagnosis and food and drug safety inspection on the basis of a simple discussion of the basic principles of the technology,as well as the classification and characteristics of the technology.At the same time,the development trend of the joint application of this technology with other technologies in the future is also prospected.
