摘要
为了解不同杀虫剂对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫卵囊孢子化的影响,为鸡球虫病的防治提供参考.试验采用不同浓度的大灭25CS(1∶50、1∶100)、保安定500EC(1∶2 500、1∶5 000)、大灭G 15.1%ZC(1∶100、1∶200)、剑心200SC(1∶800、1∶1 600)分别对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫卵囊作用24、48 h,观察其对球虫卵囊孢子化的影响.结果表明,不同杀虫剂对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫卵囊的孢子化均有一定的抑制作用,但其抑制作用随着时间的推移有所减弱;不同杀虫剂使鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫孢子化卵囊的外观结构出现皱褶、凹陷等变化.这些试验结果为鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的预防提供了新的思路.
Abstract
To study inhibitory effect of pesticides on sporulation of Eimeria tenella oocysts in chickens,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of chicken coccidiosis.Selected different concentrations of Demand 25CS(1∶50、1∶100)、Actellic 500EC(1∶2 500、1∶5 000)、Demand G 15.1%ZC(1∶100、1∶200)、Altriset 200SC(1∶800、1∶1 600)for gradient test for 24 hours and 48 hours,respectively.To observe their effects on sporulation process of chicken Eimeria tenella oocysts in vitro.The results showed that:Different pesticides have a certain inhibitory effect on the sporulation of Eimeria tenella oocysts in chickens.But its inhibitory effect weakened over time.Different pesticides caused changes in the appearance and structure of sporulation oocysts of Eimeria tenella with fold and concavity et al.in chickens.These results provided new ideas for the prevention of Eimeria tenella infection in chickens.
