为掌握布鲁氏菌病活疫苗(BA0711株)在实际生产中的使用效果、免疫后的转阳率、消长情况、对环境产生的污染情况和不良反应发生情况,该试验选取30头布病感染抗体阴性牛和10头妊娠牛作为试验对象,以皮下注射的方式接种布鲁氏菌病活疫苗(BA0711株),在接种后72 h内观察并记录免疫牛的健康状况并进行4个月的跟踪观察和定期检测。结果表明,免疫接种后,30头试验牛和10头妊娠牛对疫苗应激反应较小,仅在24 h内表现出精神沉郁、厌食等轻微反应;30头试验牛用虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)检测在免疫2周后转阳率达100%,3月后降至86。6%;用酶联免疫cELISA检测在免疫2周后转阳率达93。3%,3月后降至66。6%;在免疫后1、2、3周采集牛尿液、呼吸道分泌物、粪便及圈舍环境棉拭子,用荧光PCR检测方法检测结果均为阴性。因此,布鲁氏菌病病活疫苗(BA0711株)可安全的用于牛的布病免疫,并在2周内能产生较好的转阳率,免疫后未对外部环境造成污染。
Analysis of Bovine Immunization Test with Brucellosis Live Vaccine(BA0711 Strain)
In order to master the brucellosis live vaccine(BA0711 strain)in actual production effect,immunization rate,fluctuation,pollution to the environment and adverse reactions,this test selected 30 brucellosis infection antibody negative cattle and 10 pregnant cattle as the test object,by subcutaneous injection brucellosis live vaccine(BA0711 strain),within 72 h after vaccination and record the health of immune cattle and follow up observation and regular detection for four months.The results showed that after immunization,30 test cattle and 10 pregnant cattle had less emergency response to the vaccine,minor reactions such as depression and anorexia were only seen within 24 h;The positive conversion rate of 30 cattles was 100%after 2 weeks of immunization by RBT,and decreased to 86.6%after 3 months;Enzyme-linked immunodetection by cELISA reached 93.3%after 2 weeks,and 66.6%after 3 months;Urine,respiratory secretions,feces and cotton swabs were collected at 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks after immunization,and the results were negative by PCR Thus,the brucellosis live vaccine(BA0711 strain)can be safely used for brucellosis in cattle immunization,and can produce a good conversion rate within 2 weeks,and cause no pollution to the external environment after immunization.
