四川凉山黑绵羊秋季消化道寄生虫感染情况调查与分析

为对四川凉山黑绵羊秋季消化道寄生虫感染情况进行调查,采用饱和盐水漂浮法、沉淀法、麦氏计数法检测消化道寄生虫感染率和感染强度。凉山黑绵羊秋季消化道寄生虫总体感染率为98。42%,混合感染率为80%,且以线虫和球虫为优势虫种,线虫感染率为90%,球虫感染率为87。89%。本次调查结果为科学制定凉山黑绵羊消化道寄生虫综合防控措施提供了重要依据。
Investigation and Analysis of Parasitic Infections in the Digestive Tract of Sichuan Liangshan Black Sheep in Autumn
In order to investigate the incidence of parasitic infections in the digestive tract of black sheep in Liangshan,Sichuan in autumn.The infection rate and intensity of parasitic infections in the digestive tract were detected using saturated salt water flotation method,sedimentation method,McDonnell's counting method.The overall infection rate of digestive tract parasites in Liangshan black sheep in autumn was 98.42%,with a mixed infection rate of 80%,and nematodes and coccidia were the dominant species.The nematode infection rate was 90%,and the coccidia infection rate was 87.89%.The results of this survey provide important basis for scientifically formulating comprehensive prevention and control measures for gastrointestinal parasites in Liangshan black sheep.
