Current Situation and Suggestions on Ecological Breeding of Xinjiang Black Pig
At present,the commercial degree of local pig breeds is low,the number of groups is small,and some of the breeds are endangered or have become extinct.As the demand of meat quality becomes higher and higher,the"Native pig"meat improved by local varieties is more and more popular.Xinjiang black pig is an excellent pig breed bred by Xinjiang Bingtuan.Compared with the western lean pig breed,Xinjiang black pig has the characteristics of fresh and tender meat,strong adaptability and tolerance to roughage,can satisfy our country to raise day by day consumptive ability and easy to maintain the demand of little disease.This paper introduces several breeding models of Xinjiang black pig,and how to develop Xinjiang black pig breeding to meet the demand of high-quality pork market and perfect the industrial chain of Xinjiang Black pig industry.This paper introduced and analyzed the origin,breed preservation and extended industrial chain development of Xinjiang Black Pig,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Xinjiang Black pig industry.
