摘要
畜禽遗传资源是我国畜牧业发展的基础.加强我国畜禽资源的保护,有利于我国乡村振兴的实现,有利于促进我国生物多样性的保护,有利于推动我国科学技术的发展.目前,我国畜禽遗传资源存在资金匮乏、保护主体单一、知识产权保护不足的问题.为加强畜禽遗传资源的法律保护,需要通过法治推动我国畜禽遗传资源保护的规范化,多元化畜禽遗传资源法律保护主体,加强畜禽遗传资源的知识产权保护,从而形成政府主体和市场主体相结合的双重保护体制.
Abstract
Livestock and poultry genetic resources are the basis of the development of livestock husbandry.Strengthening the protection of livestock and poultry resources is conducive to the realization of rural revitalization,the protection of biodiversity,and the development of science and technology in China.At present,China's livestock and poultry genetic resources exist the problems of lack of funds,single protection subject and insufficient protection of intellectual property rights.In order to strengthen the legal protection of livestock and poultry genetic resources,it is necessary to promote the standardization of the protection of livestock and poultry genetic resources through the rule of law,diversify the legal protection subjects of livestock and poultry genetic resources,and strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of livestock and poultry genetic resources,so as to form a dual protection system combining government and market subjects.
