摘要
蓝莓蜜是指蜜蜂采集蓝莓花蜜腺分泌的花蜜,经蜜蜂充分酿造而成的天然蜂蜜.相关研究数据表明,蓝莓蜜富含氨基酸、维生素和矿物质,酸度偏高、易结晶,具有鲜明的单花蜜特性和地域特色.当前国内仅有黔东南州麻江县及其周边地区利用中华蜜蜂为蓝莓授粉并生产商品蓝莓蜜,使蓝莓蜜在国内蜂蜜市场具有稀缺性和唯一性.该文结合相关专家学者对蓝莓蜜的试验研究成果与生产实践,总结蓝莓蜜标准化生产技术,促进蓝莓和蓝莓蜜产业高质量发展.
Abstract
Blueberry honey refers to the natural honey produced by bees by collecting the nectar secreted by the blueberry nectar gland and fully brewing it.Related research data shows that blueberry honey is rich in amino acids,vitamins,and minerals,with high acidity and easy crystallization.It has distinct characteristics of single flower honey and regional characteristics.Currently,only Majiang County in Qiandongnan Prefecture and its surrounding areas in China use Chinese honeybees to pollinate blueberries and produce commercial blueberry honey,making blueberry honey scarce and unique in the domestic honey market.The article combines the experimental research results and production practices of relevant experts and scholars on blueberry honey,summarizes the standardized production technology of blueberry honey,and promotes the high-quality development of blueberry and blueberry honey industries.
