中国特色学徒制视角下的《兽医外科手术学》实践教学改革探索

摘要
《兽医外科手术学》作为动物医学专业必修课,是一门实践性和操作性较强的专业课程.兽医外科手术同时也是兽医临床中重要的治疗手段.为了提高兽医外科手术学实践教学质量和水平,提升学生的兽医外科手术基本操作技能,在教学过程中与企业合作,引入校外宠物医院医师导师,以"学徒制"的理念,将课堂知识应用到临床实践,强化实践教学,提高学生学习积极性,提升职业素养.
Abstract
"Veterinary Surgery"as a compulsory course for veterinary medicine majors,is a practical and operation-oriented professional course.Veterinary surgery is also an important treatment method in veterinary clinical practice.In order to improve the quality of practical teaching in Veterinary Surgery and enhance students'basic surgical skills,According to the concept of"apprenticeship system",we tried to cooperate with enterprises in the teaching process and introduce external veterinary hospital physicians as mentors,this approach applied classroom knowledge to clinical practice,strengthened practical teaching,enhanced students'learning enthusiasm,and elevated their professional quality.
