摘要
在推进乡村全面振兴战略背景下,大学生"三下乡"实践育人还存在与大学生思想政治教育结合不够紧密、与大学生专业实践结合有待加强、对"三下乡"实践基地建设和农村乡土人才培养重视不够、参与活动对象不够广泛等不足之处.农业高校应重视大学生党性教育和专业实践锻炼、整合资源加强"三下乡"实践基地建设、创新形式提高"三下乡"参与度、发挥专业优势助力乡村本土人才培养,应针对性加强新形势下"三下乡"实践育人成效和社会成效,以此高质量履行农业高校人才培养、社会服务的办学职能.
Abstract
In under the background of promoting rural comprehensive revitalization strategy,college students"a program under which officials"practice education exists closely with college students'ideological and political education,combined with college students'professional practice to strengthen,to"a program under which officials"practice base construction and rural local talent training seriously enough,participate in the activities of the object is not widely enough.Therefore,agricultural colleges and universities should attach great importance to the college students'party spirit education and professional practice,integrate resources to strengthen the construction of"a program under which officials"practice base,innovation form to improve"a program under which officials"participation,play the advantages of professional power rural local talent training,should be targeted to strengthen"a program under which officials"under the new situation practice education results and social results,with high quality performance of agricultural colleges personnel training,social service functions.
