复合菌种不同配比和添加量对固态发酵饲料中各菌种含量以及营养成分的影响

该试验通过不同复合菌配比以及添加量发酵秸秆类饲料,探究复合益生菌发酵饲料的最佳发酵工艺。试验选取乳酸杆菌、酵母菌、芽孢杆菌为发酵菌剂,由乳酸杆菌和酵母菌以及芽孢杆菌组成不同比例配伍和不同添加量的试验组共9组,发酵时间48 h,发酵含水量45%,检测不同试验组发酵饲料的pH值、营养指标以及乳酸杆菌、酵母菌和枯草芽孢杆菌活菌数,确定复合菌发酵饲料最佳配比和添加量。结果表明,乳酸杆菌、芽孢杆菌和酵母菌的配合比例1。2∶1。2∶1,添加量9%,为最佳配比和添加量,并且与发酵前相比,蛋白质含量由8。98%升高到9。36%,中性洗涤纤维含量由35。26%降低到34。45%。
The Different Proportion of Composite Bacteria and the Effect of the Content of Each Bacteria in the Solid Fermentation Feed and the Effect of the Content of Each Bacteria and Nutritional Ingredients
This experiment explores the best fermentation process of composite probiotic fermentation feed through different composite bacteria ratio and addition of fermentation straw feed.Test selection of lactic acid bacteria,yeast,and Bacillus is a fermented bacteria.It consists of lactic acid bacteria and yeast and Bacillus composition and different additives.There are 9 groups,fermentation time 48 h,fermentation water content 45%,detection of different test group the number of pH,nutritional indicators,and lactobacillus,yeast and deoderma spores of the feed,thereby determining the best proportion and addition of composite bacteria fermentation feed.Results show that the proportion of lactobacillus,Bacillus and yeast is 1.2∶1.2∶1,and the amount of addition is 9%,which is the best ratio and addition.Compared with before fermentation,the protein content is increased from 8.98%to 9.36%,and the neutral washing fiber content was reduced from 35.26%to 34.45%.
