不同杀虫剂对鸡场暗黑甲虫防控效果及生产指标影响的试验研究

为了解不同杀虫剂对鸡场暗黑甲虫的防控效果,试验采用保安定500EC、大灭25CS和大灭G 15。1%ZC按推荐剂量分别组合对鸡舍进行空舍处理和垫料处理,观察处理0。5、12、24 h时暗黑甲虫幼虫、成虫被击倒、死亡及死亡后是否有复活,同时对各试验组鸡的生产性能相关指标进行统计分析。结果表明,不同杀虫剂在推荐剂量处理后0。5 h,对暗黑甲虫的幼虫和成虫均有很好的击倒性和致死性,成虫死亡率78%以上,幼虫全部死亡;处理后12 h和24 h,缝隙中潜藏的幼虫、成虫均被熏出并杀死,幼虫、成虫死亡率均为100%,且被杀死的成虫和幼虫均无复活现象。不同杀虫剂处理组对降低鸡酮体的花皮率、次品率以及出栏成本有一定的帮助。可以看出,按推荐剂量使用保安定500EC、大灭25CS和大灭G 15。1%ZC进行空舍处理和垫料处理后,对鸡舍内暗黑甲虫的防治具有良好效果。
Experimental Study on the Prevention and Control Effects and Production Indicators of Different Pesticides on Dark Beetles(Alphitobius diaperinus)in Poultry Farm
To study the prevention and control effects of different pesticides on dark beetles(Alphitobius diaperinus)in poultry farm.Selected different concentrations of Actellic 500EC,Demand 25CS,Demand Duo 15.1%ZC to combine ground&wall treatment andmedium treatments for chicken breeding facilities according to recommended dosage,respectively.To observe adult and larva were knocked down and died for 0.5 h,12 h,and 24 h.At the same time,statistical analysis was conducted on the production performance indicators of each experimental group of chickens.The results showed that:Different pesticides with recommended dosage have good knockdown andmortality against the adult&larva for 0.5 h.Themortality rate of darkling beetles was over 78%,and all larva were died.After 12 and 24 hours of treatment,the adult&larva hidden in the gaps were smoked out and killed.Themortality rate was 100%.The killed adult&larva showed no signs of revival.Different pesticides experimental groups have some effect in reducing the dermatitis,defective products rate of chicken ketone bodies and cost of listing.These results provided that the recommended dosage of Actellic 500EC,Demand 25CS,Demanmd Duo 15.1%ZC have a good effect on the prevention and control of dark beetles in chicken breeding facilities.
