摘要
目的:研究家禽皮毛塑化群像标本的设计和制作方法.方法:利用生物塑化技术将家禽中的鹅和火鸡经过活体测量、标本处死、解剖、固定、脱水脱脂、真空渗透、修复造型、固化等流程,完成家禽肌肉塑化标本的制作.结果:家禽肌肉塑化标本栩栩如生,将动物的神情和姿态都很好的塑造出来,既展现了不同家禽的解剖结构,又透露出自由灵动的神态.结论:利用生物塑化技术制作的家禽肌肉塑化标本安全环保,易于保存、拆卸、运输,后期维护保存简单,在其他造像设计中具有广阔的借鉴和推广价值.
Abstract
Objective:To study the design and production method of group specimens of poultry skin plastination.Methods Using the bioplasticization technology,geese and turkeys in poultry were put through the processes of live measurement,specimen execution,dissection,fixation,dehydration and degreasing,vacuum infiltration,repairing and modeling,and curing to complete the production of poultry muscle plastination specimens.Results:Poultry muscle plastination specimens were lifelike,and the animals'looks and postures were well shaped,which showed the anatomical structures of different poultry,and revealed the divine meaning of free spirit.Conclusion:The poultry muscle plastinated specimens made by bioplasticization technology are safe and environmentally friendly,easy to preserve,dismantle and transport,and simple to maintain and preserve in the later stage,which has a broad reference and popularization value in the design of other statues.
