Extracellular vesicles are nanoscale small extracellular vesicles secreted by cells or bacteria, which play a unique role in physiological regulation and pathological development.Honey has long been widely used in human medical care.At present, there are enough studies to explore the various principles behind the broad-spectrum medical effects of honey, but there is still a lack of further research on the influence of honey exosomes in honey medical practice. In order to explore the existence and medical potential of honey exosomes, this study extracted honey exosomes from fresh and aged honey samples for one year using high-speed centrifugation and conducted various characterization analyses. It was found that a large amount of honey exosomes exist and can be stored at room temperature for a long time in honey, proving the development prospects of honey exosomes and providing guidance for the further development of honey exosomes.
