摘要

该研究旨在探究湘西小黄姜的活性成分,并评估其对湘西黄牛免疫力的影响.通过种植湘西小黄姜样品,采用高分辨质谱技术,使用湖南省兽药饲料监察所重点实验室的SCIEX X500R QTOF系统取样,对小黄姜中的活性成分进行定性和定量分析.研究结果表明,湘西小黄姜中富含多种活性成分,包括姜黄素、姜辣素、姜酚等.选取湘西黄牛作为研究对象,通过免疫学试验方法,评估小黄姜提取物对湘西黄牛免疫力的影响.小黄姜提取物能够显著提高湘西黄牛的免疫指标.因此,湘西小黄姜具有潜在的免疫调节作用,可为湘西黄牛养殖业提供一种天然的免疫增强剂.

Abstract

The study aimed to explore the active ingredients of Xiangxi turmeric and evaluate its effect on the immunity of Xiangxi yellow cattle.Through the planting of Xiangxi turmeric samples,using high-resolution mass spectrometry technology,using the SCIEX X500R QTOF system of the key laboratory of Hu'nan Institute of Veterinary Drug and Feed Supervision,sampling,the active components of turmeria qualitative and quantitative analysis.The results show that Xiangxi turmeric is rich in many active ingredients,including Curcumin,Gingerol and Ginger Phenol.At the same time,Xiangxi yellow cattle were selected as the research object to evaluate the effect of small ginger extract on the immunity of Xiangxi yellow cattle through immunological experimental methods.In addition,gingeric extract can significantly improve the immune index of Xiangxi yellow cattle.Therefore,Xiangxi turmeric has a potential immunomodulatory effect and can provide a natural immune enhancer for cattle breeding industry in Xiangxi.
