Gene Mining for Genome-wide Polymorphic Site Analysis of Yunlong Aijiao Chicken
At present,in the genetic breeding of Yunnan aijiao chickens,bioinformatics tools and existing research results can be used to screen polymorphic loci across the whole genome,and candidate genes closely related to aijiao traits have been successfully screened.The key roles of these candidate genes in body size development,bone growth and growth and reproduction performance of aijiao chicken were also analyzed,which provided a strong theoretical support and practice for genetic breeding of Yunlong aijiao chicken.Through functional prediction and verification,the functions and mechanisms of candidate genes in the growth and development of aijiao chickens were further clarified.The application value of aijiao chicken breeding was discussed,and the improvement direction and suggestions were put forward in view of the existing problems.The future development trend of aijiao chicken industry is prospected,including the innovation of genetic breeding technology,the growth of market demand and the diversification of varieties.
