1例牛肠道病毒的诊断与防治报告

为确定广西百色市那坡县某牛场发病犊牛的病原体,收集腹泻犊牛的粪便样本,并进行逆转录-聚合酶链反应(Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction,RT-PCR)检测、产物序列扩增及同源性分析等一系列实验室诊断。RT-PCR扩增结果表明,临床病例样本为牛肠道病毒阳性;序列分析揭示,所检测的病毒属于E2亚型肠道病毒,未观察到其他病毒的混合感染。基于以上诊断结果,可以确认该牛场出现牛肠道病毒感染。因此,对患病犊牛实施隔离、补液和消毒等一系列综合防控措施,有效控制疫情的进一步蔓延和发展。该文通过对广西百色1例牛肠道病毒病的鉴别诊断及防治措施进行概述,为广西地区牛肠道病毒进一步研究提供参考。
A Report on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Bovine Enterovirus
In order to determine the pathogens of the diseased calves in a cattle farm in Napo County,Baise City,Guangxi Province,this study collected fecal samples from diarrhoeic calves and performed a series of laboratory diagnostics such as Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR)detection,product sequence amplification and homology analysis.The RT-PCR amplification results showed that the clinical sample was positive for bovine enterovirus;sequence analysis revealed that the detected virus belonged to enterovirus subtype E2,and no mixed infection with other viruses was observed.Based on the above diagnostic results,it could be confirmed that bovine enterovirus infection was present in this cattle farm.Therefore,a series of comprehensive preventive and control measures such as isolation,rehydration and disinfection were implemented for the sick calves,which effectively controlled the further spread and development of the epidemic.In this paper,the differential diagnosis of a case of bovine enterovirus disease in Baise,Guangxi and its prevention and control measures were summarized to provide reference for further study of bovine enterovirus in Guangxi.
