Drug Treatment and Immunoprophylaxis of Sheep Aphthous Disease
This study evaluated the efficacy of acyclovir,ribavirin and ganciclovir in the treatment of sheep aphthosis,and found that the three drugs were effective,among which acyclovir was effective in the control of acute symptoms.At the same time,the immune effect of lyophilized vaccine and live vaccine of infectious impetigo dermatitis of sheep(HCE strain)was compared.The results showed that the latter had better immune protection.These findings provide scientific basis for the treatment and prevention of aphthous disease of sheep.
