Abstract
The cDNA library was a collection of clones containing a complete set of gene expression information for specific tissues or cell types,and was an important tool for gene expression analysis and functional research.Building a high-quality cDNA library was crucial for capturing comprehensive transcriptional information,which involves optimizing a series of steps such as sample selection,processing,cDNA synthesis,and library construction.This article introduces the concept,construction techniques,and applications of cDNA libraries in veterinary medicine,and looks forward to the technological progress and future research directions.
