Comprehensive Analysis and Evaluation of Quality of Xishuangbanna Short Foot Ornamental Chicken
In this paper,the meat quality evaluation system and its influencing factors were introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation system were analyzed in detail,and the effects of genetic factors,feeding management and processing technology on meat quality were discussed.This paper emphasizes the importance of breed selection and improvement,feeding management optimization and processing technology improvement in improving the meat quality of dwarf style ornamental chickens.The paper also analyzes the manpower,material resources and time required for the establishment of the evaluation system,as well as the factors that may affect the evaluation results,and puts forward some targeted optimization suggestions.In addition,the paper summarized the research achievements and innovations of the bantam ornamental chickens,and pointed out the problems and shortcomings such as limited sample size,insufficient evaluation indicators and insufficient consideration of feeding management factors.
