Study on Detection Technology of Veterinary Drug Residues in Pork
The aim of this study was to evaluate and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the detection of veterinary drug residues in pork by comparing traditional high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with optimized protocols combining high performance liquid chromatogravimetric tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)and rapid immunological screening.Through the systematic detection of 100 pork samples, the results show that the optimized scheme has significantly improved the detection rate, accuracy, sensitivity and false positive rate and false negative rate compared with the traditional method. The optimized solution utilizes the high resolution and mass accuracy of LC-MS/MS and the rapid response of immunological screening to significantly improve the detection capability of low concentration veterinary drug residues while reducing the probability of misjudgment.Considering the technical performance and economic benefits, the research provides a more accurate, efficient and economical solution for food safety inspection, which is of great significance for safeguarding public health and food safety.
