Bioinformatics is an emerging interdisciplinary with high specialization and practicality.It is a compulsory or optional course in maritime colleges and universities.Bioinformatics course has encountered major problems under the"Mass entrepreneurship and Innovation".With integration of specialty and innovation,the present paper analyzes the current problems of"Bioinformation"course in ocean college of Hebei Agricultural University,combines the education of innovation,entrepreneurship and"Bioinformation"from contents,concepts,teacher resources and methods of"Bioinformation"course,and propose some constructive opinions and criticism to improve the teaching quality of"Bioinformation"course.
