摘要

为研究实验动物兔腧穴定位塑化标本的制作技术,利用生物塑化技术制作实验动物兔腧穴定位塑化标本.标本能清晰显示腧穴定位的解剖结构.实验动物腧穴定位整体塑化标本有助于在临床科研和医学教学中观察针刺腧穴所经过的组织层次及毗邻,为研究不同的针刺角度、方向和深度,提供了理论依据,能更好地辅助教学、科研和科普等工作,为后续建立病理疾病模型实验动物腧穴定位标本积累了经验.

Abstract

To study the fabrication technique of plasticized specimens for the positioning of acupoints in experimental animals and rabbits.To produce plasticized specimens of acupoint positioning in experimental animals and rabbits by bioplasticization technology.The specimens could clearly show the anatomical structure of acupoint localization.The whole plasticized specimen of acupoint localization in experimental animals can help to observe the tissue level and adjacency of acupoints in clinical research and medical teaching,and provide theoretical basis for the study of different angles,directions and depths of acupuncture,which can better assist the teaching,scientific research and popularization of science,and accumulate experience in the subsequent establishment of experimental animal acupoint localization specimens in pathological disease models.
