Bioinformatics Analysis of Meishan Pig Skeletal Muscle Development Gene Chip
To explore the important genes and pathways in skeletal muscle development of Meishan pig by bioinformatics analysis.GSE24689 gene expression profile chip was obtained from GEO database.Differentially expressed genes were screened at 3,60 and 120 days after birth,65 days after embryo,60 days and 120 days after birth and 3 days after birth.Go function enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis were carried out.Then PPI protein-protein interaction network was established,and key differentially expressed candidate genes were screened.113 differentially expressed genes were up-regulated and 87 down regulated before and after birth.Go function enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis were carried out.PPI protein network analysis of FBP2 and RRM2 are the key factors in skeletal muscle development of Meishan pig.important genes and pathways were screened by bioinformatics analysis of Meishan pig skeletal muscle development gene chip.
